Everything you need to know about bringing Catalyst to your clinic.

We come to your clinic, set up indoors or outdoors, and collect cheek-swab samples from patients throughout the day. We bring all supplies, register participants, swab, and handle everything on-site.

Fill out the On-Site Request Form and wait for confirmation. We would love for you to help inform your patients about the date and promote the event.

Our team manages set-up, supplies, registration, sample collection, patient questions, and all logistics from start to finish.

You’ll receive results through your preferred method (portal and/or eFax). Patients also receive their results through a genetic counselor.

Just provide a location for us to set up and help spread the word. We manage everything else.
