Access Your Results

Your Catalyst genetic testing results are available through MyOme, the clinical testing partner used by Catalyst.

Steps to Access Your Results

Go to patients.myome.com

This is the secure MyOme patient portal where all Catalyst genetic testing results are released.

Click Log In

Select the Log In button in the center of the page to begin accessing your account.

Select “Finish setting up your account“

If this is your first time logging in, you’ll see an option to finish setting up your MyOme account at the very bottom of the log in screen.

Enter Your Email Address to Activate

Use the same email you provided during Catalyst sign-up. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the activation email and follow the steps to activate your account.

Once your account is activated, your results will appear in the MyOme portal when they are ready. Note it takes ~8 weeks for your results to be ready.
